EARLY INTERVENTION
Early Intervention is available to children from 0-36 months.
Each child goes through an assessment to determine their eligibility for Early Intervention services. If eligible, our team of experts works with families to determine the needs and priorities for a child’s development.
A Service Coordinator will assist the family with arranging needed services. The Blanchard Valley Center Early Intervention team includes an occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech/language pathologist and a developmental specialist. A team member from one of these areas will serve as the primary service provider and the family’s primary contact through the child’s time in Early Intervention.
To provide the highest level of quality supports, our Early Intervention team works collaboratively with Family and Children First Council.
