Therapeutic Program Worker
- Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. Provide direct supervision, assistance, and training to residents to develop self-help and/or daily living skills. Completes documentation. Miscellaneous duties (e.g. general nursing care; escorts, transports, or drives residents to and from activities and medical appointments.) Performs housekeeping duties. Attends staff meetings and in-service training

Substitute Residential LPN
- Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. Provides professional nursing care under orders of physician or RN for consumers; administers controlled medications; takes temperatures and vital signs; changes sterile and unsterile dressings, completes g-tube feedings, aerosol treatments, etc.. Attends staff meetings and in-service trainings as necessary.

- Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. Operates a passenger bus to transport students, clients, and residents with developmental disabilities to and from school, activities, and industries or work programs and other agency activities; assists individuals onto and from vehicle and ensures safety equipment is fastened.

Substitute Vehicle Operator Aide/Monitor
- Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. Rides on agency passenger busses to escort individuals with developmental disabilities to and from residence, agency facilities, and other trips; assists vehicle operator with monitoring and supervising behavior; secures wheelchairs; securely straps babies and baby seats and other students with seatbelts.

Minimum Qualification Standards:
- • A resident of Ohio .
- • Must be able to move adult consumers, children and adolescents in a safe manner. Must be able to move office supplies, public relations materials, and equipment required to perform essential job duties.
- • Maintain Ohio Driver's license for the purpose of transporting consumers in a Board vehicle or personal vehicle.
Conditions of Employment:
- • Successful completion of general orientation.
- • Must maintain all licenses/certifications required by the Board (i.e., First Aid, CPR Certification, etc.)
- • Must have medical examination and a two-step PPD test to determine fitness for duty prior to providing direct care service or within 30 days of employment, whichever comes first.
- • Must possess/maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record. NOTE: Use of personal vehicle for transporting consumers requires proof of liability insurance.
- • Receipt of acceptable criminal background report from Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
