 Administrative Assistant 2  

  • Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. 
  • Responsible for handling a broad range of complex responsibilities so staff and the Department Head can function in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Enables the Department staff and Department Head to carry out their duties to achieve the agency mission and vision.
  • Carries out duties in an accurate/precise, courteous, confidential and timely manner.
  • Classified/Civil Service Appointment, FLSA: Exempt, Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly.
  • Salary position
  • Open until filled
  • Must have Associates Degree or higher; valid OH driver's license and be insurable per company policy
  • Strong attention to detail and have Billing/Finance experience.

 

Substitute Direct Support Professional Part Time (1 Position available)

  • Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families.
  • Provide direct supervision, assistance, and training to residents to develop self-help and/or daily living skills.
  • Completes documentation.  Miscellaneous duties (e.g. general nursing care; escorts, transports, or drives residents to and from activities and medical appointments.) 
  • Performs housekeeping duties.  Attends staff meetings and in-service training.

  • $8.80/hour
  • Permanent
  • Insurable per company policy.  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Direct Support Professional Full Time (1 Position available)

  • Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. 
  •  Provide direct supervision, assistance, and training to residents to develop self-help and/or daily living skills.
  • Completes documentation.  Miscellaneous duties (e.g. general nursing care; escorts, transports, or drives residents to and from activities and medical appointments.) 
  • Performs housekeeping duties.  Attends staff meetings and in-service training. Blanchard Valley Residential Center
  • Classified/Civil Service Appointment, FLSA: Non-Exempt. Intermittent
  • $9.25/hour
  • 80 Hours Bi-Weekly
  • Must have a valid Ohio driver's license with a record that is acceptable by the agency's insurance carrier. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. 
  • Provide direct supervision, assistance, and training to residents to develop self-help and/or daily living skills.
  • Completes documentation.  Miscellaneous duties (e.g. general nursing care; escorts, transports, or drives residents to and from activities and medical appointments.) 
  • Performs housekeeping duties.  Attends staff meetings and in-service training. Blanchard Valley Residential Center
  • Classified/Civil Service Appointment, FLSA: Non-Exempt.
  • $9.25/hour to $9.75/hour depending on shift
  • 16-48 Hours Bi-Weekly
  • Must have a valid Ohio driver's license with a record that is acceptable by the agency's insurance carrier. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • provides instruction and educational programming as per IEP; maintains classroom discipline.

Service and Support Administration

 Service and Support Administrator

  • Provide excellent service to individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families.
  • Establishes and reviews individual eligibility for County Board services; assesses individual needs for services and assesses the individual’s likes, dislikes, priorities, and desired outcome.
  • Completes appropriate forms with individual; explains feasible service alternatives upon enrollment and annually thereafter;
  • Annually assesses and reviews waiting list placement with individual.
  • Develops individual service and behavior support plans with active participation of the individual served, other persons selected by the individual, and the provider selected by the individual, if applicable.
  • Reviews behavior support plan with individual.
  • Attends plan meetings as applicable.
  • Reviews and explains due process rights
  • Classified/Civil Service Appointment, FLSA: Exempt, Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly.
  • $32,900 Annually
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required 
  • Insurable per company policy.  
  • Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
