Our Mission:
The mission of the Blanchard Valley Center, as Hancock County's lifeline to persons with mental retardation and developmental disabilities and their families, is to be the lead organization coordinating a continuum of lifelong services and supports
that prepare individuals to make informed, responsible decisions through education and community partnership.
